He actually supplied and repaired items that weren't on the original estimate at not cost. He also pointed out roof issues that I wasn't aware of and gave me an estimate that worked into my budget. Great team to work with. Family business and I met them all. Day 1 met got a quote made deal. They started a few days later. Put color samples up for me to approve and got moving. The crew went above and beyond to make my house look new! They worked very hard and paid attention to detail. John made a suggestion to seal my ugly red/brown roof with a polymeric paint that not only sealed it, but made it look new in a color that complimented the new house paint color. They also put in a new section of rotted old fence. Lastly when the job was done they power washed all the patios and walkways to make them sparkling clean. I would recommend John Holding's company to anyone looking to paint their home!
